Your body and your health and fitness needs are unique . . . so your fitness and nutrition program should be also.
Every new client starts out with a health, fitness, and nutrition assessment. The assessment takes from sixty to ninety minutes. Your assessment allows your trainer to custom-fit your program to your body.
You may want a program designed to help you become thinner and be able to wear a smaller size. You might want a program to help you tone up your body to look and feel better than you have in years.
Weight-loss can often be a big plus for your health and well-being. We help people lose from 5 lbs to more than 150 lbs, quickly and safely.
Your trainer will introduce you to our gym and create a specific program for:

- Strength training
- Increased balance and coordination
